About The CEO
As the CEO of the company, I have 22 years experience as a real estate investor: Being a Landlord and lienlord. I have 9 certificates in real estate from housing preservation and development and neighborhood housing services.
I have also taken courses at NYU, Baruch College, and IVY Real Estate School. The courses and certificates covered topics on maintainence,building finance, senior housing and managing tenants. I was once uspap certified as a real estate appraiser from you.
I have also coached many first time homeowners and landlords on the home buying process and managing their buildings. I pride myself on keeping abreast of my education and expanding my networking circle by attending various real estate mastermind groups, expos and symposiums. Our teams of accountants, wholesalers,
lawyers and realtors are all real estate investors with a combined experience of 35 years.
